The Board is made up of the following members:

- A Creative Business Wales specialist as observer only
- Penny Mitchell - Former Head of Strategy, Welsh Development Agency

The 3 Welsh Stakeholder representatives voted onto the Board, 5th March 2008 are:

Rhys Mwyn
From trailblazing Welsh punk band Anhrefn through to cultural dance outfit Hen Wlad Fy Mamau, Rhys Mwyn has been responsible for creating some of the most cutting edge Welsh music. As a mentor for Welsh bands such as Datblygu and Catatonia during their early days, Mwyn has also worked behind the scenes with some of Wales' most exciting pop acts. Previously working on a freelance basis for Crai, Rhys is now managing his own company that includes management / agency / consultancy / PR and A&R. Rhys won Outstanding Contribution to Welsh Music Award in 2003 (Welsh Music Awards) and 2002 (Radio Cymru).

Dafydd Roberts
Having been a rock drummer in the 70’s, a flautist and harpist with full time folk band Ar Log, a TV director and producer with the BBC in Cardiff and London working on major rock and classical music events, Dafydd is now Chief Executive at Sain Records. At Sain Dafydd has launched a new label, Rasal for new young artists, expanded Sain’s distribution within the UK and abroad and set up a deal with iTunes to take all of Sain’s catalogue.

John Rostron
John Rostron has lived in Wales for 15 years, first arriving to study and since then working in print journalism, radio and music television. Three years ago he established Plug Two, Wales’ first music press and plugging company. Plug Two's current client roster includes over two dozen artists, venues, promoters and retailers. Plug Two also promotes club and live events around Cardiff including Popscene, The Dudes Abide and Forecast. John owns independent label My Kung Fu, which has released 15 records across Europe and the USA. He is the manager of Huw Stephens (BBC Radio 1), Marissa Nadler (Peacefrog) and Kinski (Sub Pop).
